Send A Love Gram & Save an At-Risk Senior

Make someone’s day by gifting them a ‘Share the Love Gram’ to be received by special e-mail delivery this February!

Recipients will get a special surprise message letting them know of your admiration and affection, while also knowing that your gift will give an at-risk elder the gift of safety in their honor. Each purchase of a ‘Share the Love Gram’ provides a thoughtful gift that gives twice the love!

The funds for each love gram will go directly to providing a senior with a Risk Assessment along with a tailored Emergency Disaster Plan to help ensure their safety. This gift of service not only helps our community’s elders, but also provides their loved ones great peace of mind as well.

How to Send a Love Gram:

1. Choose the number of Love Grams you want to send and click on the monetary value (each Love Gram is $20)
2. If you want to honor someone you are able to type that in on the second page of the registration form.
3. Once you are at the second page, this is where you will list the loved one's name and email address for each one we are sending for you.
4. Your donation will supply an at-risk senior with a Emergency Safety Plan tailored to them.
5. If you prefer to just make a donation without sending a love gram, simply type "Donation Only" in both the name and email fields.
